Entry level 1.85m Hybrid UV LED printer
HB18UV Pro is an entry-level UV LED hybrid printer developed around proven Epson PrecisionCore™ I3200 print heads. It can print up to 1.85m wide and, due to its creative design, can be used for both roll and board materials.

High-quality, servo drives ensure stable, fast, reliable, and quiet operation. The linear motor design, standard in this printer model, provides exceptional durability and long-term stability. Flexible media transport system is based on independent airshafts on both sides stabilized by local dancer system.
Integrated foldable tables instantly prepare printing system for board operation.
Water-cooled, high-power LED units with an integrated anti-static system ensure continuos operation without issues such as incomplete or irregular curing.
The latest generation of safety systems allows print jobs to continue once safety conditions are restored, eliminating the need to restart print jobs.
The printer supports up to 8 Epson PrecisionCore™ I3200 printheads in up to 6 rows on the head carriage. Depending on print mode requirements, configurations such as CMYK, CMYKW, WCMYKW or WCMYKV are supported. Fluorescent color options, such as CMYKWfYfM, are also available for applications that may benefit from them.
In the right configuration, the printer supports most of available print modes, like double sided, Day-and-Night, CWKWC printing modes and so on.
Simplified automated maintenance procedures without even opening covers, make this printer easy to integrate into your workflow with minimal training required.
